Refund and Return Policy

Most of the items we sell on the site are pre-loved and used. As per our terms of service, by using this site and making a purchase you acknowledge that items may show signs of use and wear and will not be in a new condition unless stated as such in the item's description.

We take pride and do our best to picture and describe any issues with the items we sell. It is your responsibility to carefully check all photos and fully read the description of any item you purchase.

We may suggest more than one suitable size for an item as we understand people can prefer different types of fit and sizes can correspond differently across different products/brands. We provide an approximate pit to pit and front shoulder to hem length for every item and it is your responsibility to read and check these measurements. We strongly suggest you compare them to other items of clothing you already own before making a purchase.

We are a small business. Although every effort is made to be accurate and honest with our listings, from time to time, details may be missed. If this is the case and you would like to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

 

UK RETURNS

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received and would like to return your item for a refund, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request this.

Send us a message detailing your issue. Once we confirm the return, you will be asked to send the item back to us via a tracked delivery service at your own expense, we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit. You will have 14 days after the acceptance of a return to send the item to us, failure to send the item back within this timeframe will cancel your right to a refund. The item MUST be sent back in the same condition as it was sent to you. If there is any damage that was not present when sold, your refund will be void. After we have checked the item's condition, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund after 7 days from the approval date, firstly check your bank account again.
Also contact your credit card company (if applicable) as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers should return items to us using a trackable, insured service, with their local postal service or a courier and clearly mark the package: 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges. prettychill clothing is NOT responsible for any return customs charges made. We are unable to refund any shipping charges incurred and we recommend that you use a track and sign type service when returning items.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged so as not to be damaged in the post and are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

AFTER contacting us to confirm acceptance of the return. We reserve the right to deny refunds on unauthorised returns without prior communication.

 

 

EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our business and the ever-changing stock we have in, it is unlikely we will be able to exchange your item for a different size as we usually only have 1 of each item available, but this is not always the case. If you would like to check if an exchange is possible, please contact us. The same rules regarding returns will apply for exchanges too.

CANCELLATIONS
